We understand that plans change. Here is our transparent and fair policy regarding trip cancellations and refunds.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date will receive a 100% full refund (minus any non-refundable flight or train ticket costs if booked through us).
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date, or no-shows, are 100% non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@indiatours.com. The date the email is received during our normal business hours will determine the cancellation fee applicable.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
